We had dinner at a family. She functioned those Cheesy Keto Biscuits and dabbled from the Keto diet. I was not certain what to expect, however they were DELICIOUS! Chicken Legs went crazy! He could not quit eating them. So that I could make them at 13, I snagged the recipe.


These aren't very low or low-fat calorie snacks. They're LOADED with TONS of cheese. Cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. The special ingredient in these Cheesy Keto Biscuits is Almond Flour. I actually think almond flour is common nowadays. I got mine.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 4 Tbsp baking powder
  3. 1-1/3 cups almond milk
  4. Butter melted

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a 12-inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Melt mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese together. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. In a large bowlcombine flour, eggs, 4 baking powder, and the melted cheese. Mix until smooth. Let stand for 10 to 20 minutes.
  4. Employing a large cookie scoop, scoop dough and place in 12-inch cast iron skillet. Place skillet in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove skillet from refrigerator. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Brush cooked biscuits.
