Crustless Ham and Cheese Quiche (Keto)


Most breakfast foods that are candy include sugars and carbohydrates that I prefer to prevent. This crustless egg quiche is your reply to my troubles. I enjoy making this for brunches, dinner, weekdays, you name it!

My family enjoys quiche, and this recipe is so yummy that nobody misses the crust! I like to include spinach to this particular recipe to make a spinach quiche or other meats or veggies I have available!



The accession of cream into your eggs helps fluff them up whilst adding a glow that will impress everybody and lighten the dish. With no lotion, your quiche may wind up quite dense. Nobody enjoys a quiche that is compact.

Ingredients

  1. 8 large eggs
  2. Pepper & Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Grease a 9" pie plate.
  2. Put zucchini and squeeze to remove moisture. Combine zucchini, ham and cheddar cheese.
  3. Whisk cream, eggs and seasonings. Pour over.
  4. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or till a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
