Crustless Ham and Cheese Quiche (Keto)
Most breakfast foods that are candy include sugars and carbohydrates that I prefer to prevent. This crustless egg quiche is your reply to my troubles. I enjoy making this for brunches, dinner, weekdays, you name it!
My family enjoys quiche, and this recipe is so yummy that nobody misses the crust! I like to include spinach to this particular recipe to make a spinach quiche or other meats or veggies I have available!

- 8 large eggs
- Pepper & Salt to taste

- Grease a 9" pie plate.
- Put zucchini and squeeze to remove moisture. Combine zucchini, ham and cheddar cheese.
- Whisk cream, eggs and seasonings. Pour over.
- Bake uncovered 40 minutes or till a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
