Chocolate is a weakness for meI have loved great and decent chocolate for as long as I could recall. Would be Hershey'bar with almonds. My are they great! Buuuuutttt they are not keto friendly. I needed to think of keto and something chocolate friendly which would give me when the craving could hit on me, exactly what I had been needing. Ingredients
- 8 oz Lily's chocolate
- 2 cups dry roasted whole almonds
- Sea salt to taste
Directions
- Chop your chocolate into little pieces and set the chocolate on your microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on full of 30-second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted, making sure to stir after each 30 minutes.
- When the chocolate is completely melted throw the vanilla with the chocolate till they are totally coated in chocolate.
- Scoop the almond mix out a tbsp at a time on a parchment lined sheet pan. Sprinkle the top of these clusters together with the salt.
- Set in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool place the chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container for up to three weeks.
Notes
Recall that if using Lily's Chocolates they've erythritol that you want to subtract in the carbohydrate count. Those Almond Clusters have 1 net carb per serving after substituting erythritol and fiber! Each is for 1 Almond cluster.
