Keto bacon burger casserole





Ingredients


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 7 ounces. Bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 berries
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 7 ounces. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pepper and salt
  • Serving
  • 51⁄3 ounce. Lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Directions Dice the bacon.

  • Add ground beef into the pan and increase the heat slightly. While stirring till the ground beef is cooked through, continue skillet.
  • Chop dill pickles and tomatoes and increase the pan together with minced garlic, seasonings and 2/3 of this cheese.
  • Grease a baking dish and then add ground beef mix.
  • Mix eggs, cream and tomato paste in a little bowl.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the ground beef and put in the remainder of the cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the casserole turns golden brown.
  • Drink lettuce and olive oil.
  • Suggestion!
  • Desire onions ? Possibly raw, a piece, functioned as a garnish? An 1/8" thick piece of a medium onion adds roughly 1g net carbs.
