That I know that it's a bit more costly than regular ground beef, but this Keto Taco Salad Recipe can create at least 4-5 taco salad lunches from only 1 pound of ground beef.
I have a big pile of those Fitpacker Containers which make dinner prepping much simpler, dishwasher, dishwasher safe, certain lock seal, and my favourite part is how well they pile together, so my Tupperware cupboard does not seem like a tornado blew through it!

- 1 pound Ground Beef (preferably grass-fed beef)
- 1/4 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
- Keto Taco Salads
- 5 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 tbsp sour cream
- 5 Cups Shredded lettuce
- Optional Taco Salad Toppings
- Cheddar cheese
- Avocado/guacamole
- Shredded lettuce
- Jalapeno
- Onions
- Bell peppers
- Sour cream
- Cilantro
- Sriracha or hot sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- At a skillet over medium-high warmth include ground beef and use a spatula to split the ground beef in smaller bits
- Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir around to blend.
- Cook until ground beef is browned, remove from heat and set aside
- In 5 different meal prep containers serving out 1 cup of shredded lettuce, 1 ounce shredded cheddar, 1 tbsp sour cream, and 3 ounces of the ground beef mixture when it's fully cooled.
