Paleo One Pot Lasagna Skillet (Low Carb, AIP, Whole30, Keto)


This 1 pot lasagna includes everything you love about lasagna with no grains or milk! It is the one pot meal for a busy weeknight that the entire family will adore. It is whole30, paleo, AIP, and keto.




Growing up in an Italian household, I understand how severe lasagna is. I was raised in New York, lived in Italy for a stint and my father and my husband really are lasagna fans. My mother would cook pockets of lasagna for everybody to enjoy we had some kind of gathering at my home, along with also my family would eat leftovers . Trust me... I understand lasagna.

DESCRIPTION
This 1 pot lasagna includes everything you love about lasagna with no grains or milk! It is the one pot meal for a busy weeknight that the entire family will adore. It is whole30, paleo, AIP, and keto.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 big zucchinis
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (omit for AIP)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (and extra for garnish if desired)
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (use this this for AIP)
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • Optional- 10-15 Sliced grape berries (omit for AIP)


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Chop the ends from this zucchinis, and utilize a mandolin slicer or a peeler to slice the zucchinis into long, thin strips. Pat down them to remove excess water and put aside.
  • Utilize a large, deep skillet to brown the ground beef. Season with 1/2 place aside, and then tsp sea salt when cooked and drain excess fat.
  • Add the oil into the pan and heat. Cook the onions and garlic in precisely the pan on medium heat until the onions are translucent. Add the mushrooms pieces and simmer for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  • Insert back into the ground beef, in addition to the marinara sauce, along with the rest of the seasonings. Cook for a couple minutes stir in the spinach in the end, and to blend the tastes.
  • Shirt with chopped grape tomatoes (omit for AIP), additional seasoning to taste, and function!
