CHEESY KETO GARLIC BREAD

Ingredients

  1. 85 gram almond meal/flour *see recipe notes under
  2. 2 tablespoons cream cheese fat that is complete
  3. 1 tablespoon garlic crushed
  4. 1 tablespoon parsley dried or fresh
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. Pinch salt
  7. 1 egg moderate

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a bowl, apart from the egg. Stir to combine. Microwave for 1 minute on HIGH.
  2. Stir microwave for a further 30 minutes on HIGH.
  3. Insert the egg blend to make a dough.
  4. Put on a baking dish and then shape to a bread form. Cut pieces into the bread that is garlic that is low carb.
  5. Optional: Mix 2 tablespoons melted 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon parsley and butter. Brush on the top of the low carb bread that is garlic, sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at or till golden brown.
