I purchased a cupcake pan. I suggest getting something like silicone makes it effortless without destroying its construction to eliminate the bomb.

INGREDIENTS

Base

  1. 150 gram Cream Cheese
  2. 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  3. 1/4 Cup Refined Coconut Oil

Top

  1. 1/2 Cup Refined Coconut Oil
  2. 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  3. 2 tsp Erythritol (SoNourished)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, then add the butter and cream cheese and blend until blended with an electric mixer
  2. Add the erythritol, vanilla and coconut oil, blend until blended.
  3. Catch a silicone miniature cupcake tray and part the foundation layer out into 12 segments (it must fill 3/4 of this gap )
  4. Smooth the top apartment with a tsp. Put in the freezer for 20 mins
  5. Mix the coconut oil together with the cocoa powder and then erythritol at a bowl. Pour over the suspended base coating, and freeze for 4 hours.
