ingredients
- Salmon cakes
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon finely diced onion
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- avocado cream sauce
- 1 avocado
- 3 tablespoons cilantro
- 1-2 tablespoons avocado oil (to lean )
- 1-2 teaspoon Water, to desired thickness
- Pepper to taste, salt
- In large bowl blend salmon, egg sarayo onion, ground pork rinds and seasoning
- Form patties with mix (4 big or 5-6 small)
- In nonstick skillet, drizzle oil and cook patties over medium heat 4-5 minutes before each side is crispy and golden brown
- Avocado sauce
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in food processor
- Salmon cakes drizzle of sarayo and sauce
