KETO FRIENDLY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS


I've had a tooth since restarting keto following my basal cell carcinoma surgery. I knowI know, you're assumed to"slay the glucose " and reduce your appetite for sweet together... but I'm just not there yet.



Sometimes I require a small amount of something sweet. Before keto my favorite was Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, therefore I set out to create myself a keto variant.

Easy and tasty -- the sweet tooth will be cured even by those Keto Peanut Butter Cups!

Ingredients

  1. 6 ounces Lily Chocolate Chips
  2. 2 Tbsp butter
  3. 1/4 cup roasted Stevia

Directions

  1. Blend butter Stevia the peanut butter, and salt until smooth.
  2. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds and then stir till smooth.
  3. Drop teaspoonfuls into muffin cups of the chocolate mix.
  4. Dip a teaspoonful of peanut butter mixture and top with the other teaspoonful of chocolate mixture, spreading around it to pay the peanut butter mix.
  5. Refrigerate till set. Refrigerate to store in an airtight container.
