KETO FRIENDLY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
I've had a tooth since restarting keto following my basal cell carcinoma surgery. I knowI know, you're assumed to"slay the glucose " and reduce your appetite for sweet together... but I'm just not there yet.
Sometimes I require a small amount of something sweet. Before keto my favorite was Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, therefore I set out to create myself a keto variant.
Easy and tasty -- the sweet tooth will be cured even by those Keto Peanut Butter Cups!
Ingredients
- 6 ounces Lily Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup roasted Stevia
Directions
- Blend butter Stevia the peanut butter, and salt until smooth.
- In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds and then stir till smooth.
- Drop teaspoonfuls into muffin cups of the chocolate mix.
- Dip a teaspoonful of peanut butter mixture and top with the other teaspoonful of chocolate mixture, spreading around it to pay the peanut butter mix.
- Refrigerate till set. Refrigerate to store in an airtight container.
