This recipe involves a distinctive keto pizza dough.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c vanilla flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon rosemary seasoning
- 1/2 c pepperoni pieces
Instructions
- Combine the flour together with the baking powder. Put aside.
- When cheese melts, add eggs, and pasta mixture. Knead well, forming a ball.
- Mix and rosemary in a bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese mixture to reduce stickiness.
- Continue cutting to 16 pieces that are .
- Roll the pieces of dough and then roll them through the plate coating all sides, of blend.
- (The Parmesan cheese coats each dough ball, allowing for simple pull-apart following baking, if you are not cutting.)
- Grease a baking dish or sheet. Twist the dish together with all the 16 dough chunks, then top with shredded cheese and pepperoni pieces (or other veggies if desired.)
- Bake in 350 F for 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let it cool somewhat before serving.
