Keto Magic Bars
All these Keto Magic Bars fulfill their name. . Yes they're"keto", yes they're yummy and yes they'll vanish without a trace! If I could just come up with a way to pull them from a hat I might have an interactive magical show/restaurant at Vegas (note to self: that is not a bad idea, I will need to receive my hands on a copy of Magic for Dummies). And my point name could bewait for it... Food-dini.
Until every effort I'd made to create them the final product didn't fulfill my expectations, although That is a recipe I have needed to do for quite a while. The keto gods smiled upon us we had been blessed with a sugar replacement that was erythritol. That I started, and I knew when I saw that the bag that I needed to purchase this and smelled it I knew I needed to create bars.
All these Keto Magic Bars are the most effective dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk (we use Bob's Red Mill Superfine Almond Flour)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar (you can also utilize any granulated erythritol)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
2. In a medium bowl blend the crust ingredients before a ball of dough forms. Press the iron skillet. Poke a couple holes. Bake for 20 minutes.
For Your condensed milk:
1. Put all ingredients and bring to a boil on high heat. Once boiling continue to boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes it must have attained the consequences of a caramel sauce plus milk. Put aside to cool.
To build:
1. Put chocolate chips in addition to this curst, coconut, and the bits. Pour the condensed milk (see note below recipe) and return to oven for 5-7 minutes.
2. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
