Keto Cauliflower Ziti


I have been hearing the Keto diet! I also have lost a whole lot of weight and also have. I chose to give it a go. The meals is right up my street. Low carbohydrate, yummy such as this Keto Cauliflower Ziti and higher fat I am sharing.



I recently subscribed to some Keto subscription box (since you know just how much I really like my subscription boxes!) Keto that is Known as Can. They ship Keto snacks and meals you can consume on a Keto diet out plan. Was a recipe for Keto Cauliflower Ziti. I had been curious. I really like cauliflower pizza was curious to find out how this casserole could flavor.

Yield period: 30 MINUTES time: 25 MINUTES period: 55 MINUTES

All of the tastes with no carbs of meal! This keto casserole is cheesy and meaty.

INGREDIENTS 

  1. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  2. 2 tsp garlic, minced
  3. 1 pound ground beef
  4. 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  5. 1 tsp oregano
  6. 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  7. Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Drain and put aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over moderate heat. Add onion and cook till softened. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute. Add pepper, salt and ground beef and cook until beef is browned.
  3. Stir in simmer and tomato paste and cook for two minutes. Stir in tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Pour on the cauliflower and stir to blend.
  5. In a baking dish, then spread of the cauliflower out. Top with mozzarella, half of the ricotta and Parmesan. Insert the remainder of the cauliflower and top with the cheeses.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
