Ingredients

  1. Mozzarella Dough
  2. 85 grams almond meal/flour
  3. 2 tablespoons cream cheese fat that is complete
  4. 1 egg moderate
  5. Pinch salt
  6. pre shredded/grated cheese
  7. tomato paste
  8. pepperoni slices
  9. peppers sliced
  10. mushrooms sliced

Directions

  1. Mix almond flour/meal and the cheese in a bowl. Insert the curry. Microwave for 1 minute on HIGH.
  2. Stir microwave for another 30 minutes on HIGH.
  3. Add salt, the egg and blend.
  4. Roll the cheese dough between two pieces of parchment/paper that is coconut. Don't roll as thin as a pizza crust that is thin. It will hold the pizza filings and has to be somewhat thicker so it's sturdy. Watch photos.
  5. Remove. Cut the dough into squares the exact same size as the sandwich maker.
  6. Put one square on the base of the sandwich maker, add your selection of fillings, press on on the lid of this sandwich manufacturer right down put another square of bread onto the top and cook for 3-5 minutes.
