INGREDIENTS

  1. 6 large eggs
  2. 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  3. 1 tablespoon. Baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Separate egg whites and egg yolk.
  2. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl beat with almond milk, butter, baking powder, and salt. Twist until incorporated in 1/3 of the egg whites, then fold in the remainder.
  4. Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth surface. Bake for half an hour, or until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 30 minutes.
