INGREDIENTS
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- Separate egg whites and egg yolk.
- Whip until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl beat with almond milk, butter, baking powder, and salt. Twist until incorporated in 1/3 of the egg whites, then fold in the remainder.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth surface. Bake for half an hour, or until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 30 minutes.
