I thought I would discuss at least while I am still biscuits that were certain. Without even turning to the oven like any of my cookie recipes, then we will kickstart the onslaught!

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 cups shredded coconut flakes I used shredded
  2. 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetened walnut syrup Can substitute for almost any liquid sweetener of choice- Read notes
  3. Line set aside and a plate or dish with parchment paper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all of your ingredients and blend. Gently wet your hands form little balls putting them onto the baking tray.
  5. With a fork, press onto each cookie. Refrigerate till firm.

NOTES

  1. Depending on the feel you can decrease the quantity of sweetener that is sticky .
  2. 3-Ingredient Paleo Vegan No Bake Coconut Cookies could be held at room temperature (coated ) for up to seven days. They suspended for as many as two months and may be refrigerated for up to a month.
