KETO CINNAMON PRETZELS – FAT HEAD DOUGH


Dylan and I like to go to Disney! We enjoy being able to walk around the parks and soak up the air As soon as we have some time. There are 3 items which are good about Disney: the shows, the rides, and most of all! Apart from a huge turkey leg, there isn't any other food which cries"theme park!!!" Over the usual pretzel.



Aside from tasting good, I believe that the best thing about a pretzel is the odor! It is always once I walk by that rack that is selling 18, the odor that gets me. Notably the pretzels! However, since conventional pretzels are not part of our low carb lifestylewe can indulge. At leastnot until today!

Yield: 5 PRETZELS time: 5 MINUTES cook time: 15 MINUTES period: 20 MINUTES

Soft, chewy, full and low carb of flavor! All these Keto Cinnamon Pretzels are an ideal snack when you're craving something sweet!

INGREDIENTS

PRETZEL

  1. 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  2. 3/4 cup almond milk
  3. 1 teaspoon butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In microwave safe bowl or a glass, microwave the cream and mozzarella cheese for 1 minute. The mix through stirs.
  2. Add in beaten egg and milk, stir fry.
  3. Divide your dough into 5 segments and shape every one into a pretzel shape and put on baking sheet. Wet your hands if you locate your dough tacky.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or till lightly browned
  5. For your Coating
  6. In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil and butter (About 15 minutes ).
  7. In a separate dish, whisk cinnamon and the sweetener together.
  8. Brush the pretzels using the coconut oil and butter mixture, then toss to the mix to coat.

NOTES

  1. Best served hot
  2. I saved the rest in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
