Keto Cinnamon Roll in a Mug


Since beginning my Ketogenic Experiment (do not worry, I am still on THM, only trying this entire keto thing outside for 60 times ) among the things that I've been missing the most are Cinnamon Rolls.



The other day we went into the mall, and that I swear the odor in the stand stuffed the mall and we had been on the end of the mall in the stand!

INGREDIENTS

For your Cinnamon Roll

  1. 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (less if desired)
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 1 ounce Full-Fat Cream Cheese
  4. For your Butter Glaze
  5. 1 T Butter, melted
  6. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  7. 1/2 T Lakanto Confectioner's

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt 2 T of butter in a large mug or small Pyrex dish (such as from the pictures over.
  2. Insert from Truvia, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, the Almond Flour, Egg and blend well.
  3. Microwave on second. The mug cinnamon roster will puff up, but do not worry - !
  4. After the microwave beeps, use a fork to loosen the cinnamon roll (it'll have pulled off from the sides, so concentrate on the underside ) then turn on a plate.
  5. Melt the butter to the Butter Glaze add Truvia and then the Cinnamon and blend well. Pour the glaze over the mug cinnamon roll for moisture, texture, and sweetness.
  6. From the Pyrex or mug bowl, microwave the cream cheese for 30 minutes half an hour, or till you listen to the cream cheese begin to crackle from the microwave. Insert from the 1/2 T Truvia and combine well, then top the Copycat Cinnabon with this curry"icing"
  7. Love hot!
