Keto Pancakes


There is nothing like a pile of pancakes for breakfast! Just because you are on the Keto diet does not mean that you've gotkindly overlook on the joys of flapjacks. This recipe will meet your craving and is simple.



There is a whole lot of keto pancakes out there which include 2 components: eggs and cream cheese. They are okay, but they are succulent and somewhat eggy than we enjoy. Adding [vanilla ] flour makes them cakey, and the zest gives an extra layer of taste that we hooked on to them. Not a lover of lemon? Add a teaspoon of vanilla!

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2 c. almond milk
  2. 4 ounces. Cream cheese
  3. 4 large eggs
  4. 1 tsp. lemon zest
  5. Butter, for functioning and frying

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowlwhisk together almond eggs, cream cheese, milk, and lemon zest .
  2. In a non stick skillet over moderate heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Pour about 3 tablespoons batter and cook 2 minutes, until golden. Flip and cook.
