PEANUT BUTTER AND JAM CUPS – AKA FAT BOMBS


Low butter and shake? Heck yeah! These butter bombs are filled with flavor and keto fats just like biting in your sandwich.

Like most men and women in North America, I've had a long standing love affair with jam and peanut butter. Notice I do not say. I'm not a individual that is jelly, I'm shake all of the way. I'm jammin', my own friends. Give the flesh and the seeds of this fruit to me, mix everything out there and mix it all together.


I realized how olive oil and peanut butter tasted when blended together, and that is exactly what those keto's cubes treats are created from. I really don't find I need to sweeten it much...a couple tbsp of roasted Swerve are sufficient for me. Bonus they might attract a lot of you and are too intolerances.

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup raspberries
  2. 1/4 cup water
  3. Swerve Sweetener split
  4. 1 teaspoon grassfed gelatin
  5. 3/4 cup peanut butter
  6. 3/4 cup oil

Directions

  1. Line a muffin pan with parchment paper cubes or 12 silicone.
  2. In a saucepan over moderate heat, combine water and the raspberries. Mash the berries.
  3. Whisk in the gelatin that is grassfed and let cool while preparing the peanut butter mix.
  4. Split half the peanut butter mix and put in the freezer.
  5. Refrigerate till firm. Keep refrigerated.
