KETO THREE CHEESE CAULIFLOWER MAC AND CHEESE CUPS
Cauliflower isn't Macaroni. I understand. I do it. I am not going to pretend it tastes exactly the same, although it is a substitute.
I wanted to tackle this because if we see foods which seem as with foods that our heads trick us into thinking they need to taste like what they are substituting EXACTLY.
Unfortunately this is virtually never true...but it does not remove in the deliciousness of some thing such as cauliflower mac and cheese. It is just something to be conscious of.
Cheese Cups and All these Keto Three Cheese Cauliflower Mac are a simple method while enjoying a low carb pasta replacement to control parts.
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tbsp diced onion
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning of selection
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum*
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped into pieces
- 3/4 cup shredded, cheddar
- 6 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Insert a few cups of water into a pot, place steamer basket and then bring to boil.
- Remove and leaves. Chop into manageable bits. If water is boiling, carefully insert cauliflower. Cover and let for 5-7 minutes or until fork tender.
- Sauce whilst cauliflower is steaming. When completed, turn off heat and set aside to add to sauce.

- In skillet medium-low heat melt butter.
- Add simmer and garlic cream cheese. Cream cheese will probably be simpler to smooth into sauce. Using rubber spatula or wooden spoon, press cream level into pan to assist smooth as it warms and stir.
- Pour heavy cream, lotion, and xanthan gum. Stir till smooth, increasing temperature if desired to find sauce.
- Add white cheddar, spinach, mozzarella to sauce and then turn heat off. Continue are smooth and melted.

- Employing big muffin tin (1 cup capability ) put two pieces of prosciutto in X to cover the base of the tin and then elongate up round the sides as far as possible. It might tear. Be sure the underside is coated.
- Put 1/2 cup of cauliflower mix and top with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until brown and bubbly. Drink hot.
notes
- SERVING SIZE NOTE: I've not made this in muffin tins that are smaller. It is going to create more portions if you do and you would need 1 piece of bacon/prosciutto per cup. Adjust macros so. It is going to change.
- Put bowl, if weight is significant to you and include cheese and cauliflower mix. Weigh mix and divide by 6 to get precise serving amount.
- I added to make sure it remained in the cups. Don't hesitate to omit Should don't have it or you prefer to not consume this fixing. Sauce may be runny.
- You may get this at the deli section near the cheese that is greater quality. Don't hesitate to swap bacon and also correct nourishment plus the cook time accordingly.
- Steaming cauliflower: When cauliflower appears to be super too moist or soggy (this sometimes happens in microwave steamer totes ), eliminate some of their water using a towel or tap down dry. It will require some moisture. The Immediate Pot was used by me . 1 cup of plain water, cauliflower bits on steamer rack, close lid and place to"steam" for 1 minute. Release pressure.
- Frozen cauliflower: berry may be used by you for this so that you might have to get rid of water and adjust this recipe, but I haven't tried it .
- These cups are big and may be a meal. For a side dish, we discovered sharing one was lots.
