THE BEST KETO MEATLOAF MUFFINS


All these Keto Meatloaf Muffins are essentially portioned carb meatloafs. Theses savory bombs are ground topped with a low-carb ketchup, and beef as a low-carb meatloaf binder with pork rinds!


Because I was a child meatloaf was a dinner recipe of mine. I have discovered a ketchup and a meatloaf snowball option for Panko breadcrumbs which are Keto Diet, although I have not had meatloaf since meatloaf is not meatloaf with no breadcrumbs or ketchup since beginning my Keto Diet Menu.

INGREDIENTS 
  1. 1 pound Ground Beef
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  4. 1/4 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  5. 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  6. 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
  7. 5 1/2 Tablespoons Trader Joes Organic Ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a muffin pan
  2. In a bowl combine egg, chopped onion, ground beef, pork panko, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt and knead until well blended.
  3. Shape 1/4 cup of mix set and form into muffin pan. Why should make 11 mini meatloaves
  4. Top each meatloaf using 1/2 tbsp of Trader Joe's Organic Ketchup
  5. Bake for Approximately 15 minutes
