Ingredients
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch pepper & salt
- 2 oz colby jack cheese lean cubes (along with your choice of cheese)
Directions
- In a microwave safe bowl, then add mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Microwave for 30 minutes at a time until cream cheese is mozzarella and soft begins to melt.
- Mix well! And by stir stir stir! You need this combined.
- Combine beaten egg and almond milk. Add cheese mixture and blend well REALLY.
- Dough may be tacky, this is fine. Dust it with milk that is extra and form into a ball.
- Cut into segments to form 6 " balls, based on how big the sausage.
- Place sausage onto the dough, dough balls, then wrap and cheese dough around.
- Place to a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until set and golden. Top with mozzarella if wanted.
