Quick Keto Chili Recipe Made in the Pressure Cooker


I adore I've an Immediate Pot 6 pm plus that I use it much. I have had it and I swear it is one of my favourite kitchen appliances. This baby travels together when we spend out time in the lake at our 5th wheel shop. I've the Immediate Pot 6 quart 7 1 Duo version.

Ingredients


  1. 1 pound Ground Beef
  2. 1 pound Sausage
  3. 1/2 Onion diced

  5. 1 Tsp salt
  6. 1 Tsp pepper
  7. 2 Tsp garlic or garlic powder
  8. 2 cups beef bone broth I favor Fire Bone Broth & the Kettle
  9. Can of flame roasted tomatoes
  10. 1 May of Rotel tomatoes & chilis or 1 small jalapeno, seeds and ground have been removed

Directions

  1. Switch the Immediate Pot.
  2. Insert sausage and the ground beef and cook it until it's browned.
  3. Insert Dried Oregano, Cocoa, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, the Chili powder, Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder . Stir until it is well blended.
  4. Include a 1/4 teaspoon of Xanthan Should you like a milder chili. Sprinkle it and then mix it.
  5. Turn the Pressure cooker to the setting.
  6. To a release of this strain.
  7. Drink hot and top with sour cream or cheese. Enjoy!
