- 1 pound Sausage
- 1/2 Onion diced
- 2 Tbs Cumin
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 Tsp pepper
- 2 Tsp garlic or garlic powder
- 2 cups beef bone broth I favor Fire Bone Broth & the Kettle
- Can of flame roasted tomatoes
- 1 May of Rotel tomatoes & chilis or 1 small jalapeno, seeds and ground have been removed
Directions
- Switch the Immediate Pot.
- Insert sausage and the ground beef and cook it until it's browned.
- Insert Dried Oregano, Cocoa, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, the Chili powder, Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder . Stir until it is well blended.
- Include a 1/4 teaspoon of Xanthan Should you like a milder chili. Sprinkle it and then mix it.
- Turn the Pressure cooker to the setting.
- To a release of this strain.
- Drink hot and top with sour cream or cheese. Enjoy!
