I never have to mention that the recipe. From my years all cooking and baking I managed tweak it to produce waffles and then to choose that recipe!
I had been running round the kitchen yelling at my children"It is so fluffy! It is so fluffy!" My children swear I am nuts!

Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered stevia
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Add all of the ingredients and mix it until the components come out smooth and fine. If you do not have a blender, you can combine it in a bowl at medium speed for 2 or a moment. You are going to need to be certain you cream the cream cheese all together so that you don't have some lumps.
