NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BARS (KETO, SUGAR FREE, VEGAN)

My butter bars actually flavor as a peanut butter cup, with no all of the processed and unhealthy ingredients. Unlike storebought protein bars, these do not taste artificial.
These butter bars require a while to whip up and are less costly than storebought! , these no bars are ketosugar free, vegan and also a option. Gluten Free.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 scoops protein powder option See notes
- Butter May sub for almost any seed or nut butter
- 1/2 cup tacky powders of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- For bars that are thicker, utilize a 8 x 8-inch pan. For pubs that are thinner, utilize any size larger.
- In a large bowl, then add your ingredients and blend well.
- With sweetener, melt off your peanut butter in a small bowl until blended. Add to dry ingredients and blend until blended.
- Transfer peanut butter bar press in place and batter into the lined dish. When firm, cut into bars or squares and cover in chocolate and revel in!
NOTES
- I favor using brown rice, casein, or paleo protein powder. I don't recommend as the feel does not form and is tacky.
- To maintain it sugar free and keto, utilize a monk fruit walnut syrup. For the other alternatives, brown rice syrup, agave nectar, maple syrup or honey operate.
