KETO LOW CARB TORTILLA CHIPS
Crispy, crunchy and ideal for dipping! All these tortilla chips that are low carb taste as great as the real thing, but using a fraction of those carbohydrates. Perfect for nachos!
I had been a Dorito enthusiast. I would make certain nobody else could discover it If we had a purse round the home. It was too valuable to share!
I do not really wish to go into detail about all of the awful things that produce Doritos taste so great, from bad artificial flavourings to inflammatory vegetable oils into sugar (!!!) , and destroy some memories. It would be amazing if foods allow us to look younger each day and will nourish our bodies.
You need 3 ingredients to create these low carb tortilla chips. They get crunchy Should you roll them out . My children thought the tasted better than Doritos

Ingredients
- 200 g / two cups mozzarella
- 75 grams / 3/4 cup almond milk ground almonds work
- 2 tablespoons two tsp or psyllium husk psyllium husk powder
- Pinch salt
- Optional: 1/4 tsp each powder/paprika
Directions
- Melt the mozzarella from the microwave (ca 90 sec-2 minutes ). Alternately, heat in a pot.
- Add psyllium husk and the almond almonds in addition to spices and the salt, when using. Stir until blended, then knead until you've got a dough that is smooth.
- Separate the dough and roll out between two sheets of paper. Roll out easily as you can! The thinner, the more crispy that your tortilla chips will emerge.
- Cut into triangles (I used a pizza cutter) and distribute on a sheet of paper therefore the tortilla chips do not touch.
- Bake or until browned on the edges. I baked mine in two rounds, and a round for those off-cuts.
- My tortilla chips weighed roughly every batch and 5-8 g each.
- I would say when you've got a few dips, they'd be sufficient for 8 individuals because of nibble/appetizer (or 4 individuals if it is more the most important attraction of the day ).
- Use 2 tablespoon of milk if you do not have psyllium husk.
