- Cheddar Is Fine, although 100 gram Cheese Mozzarella Works Best
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the dry ingredients together with the ground beef
- Wrap the cubes of cheese in mince (500g of mince ought to make about 9 Balls)
