This Keto White Chicken Chili is an wonderful comfort food to the seasons. It is satisfying, tasty and can be a crockpot/freezer meal!
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 diced jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon green pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Cream cheese
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- Pepper and salt to taste
- In large pot, season chicken with oregano cumin, cayenne, pepper and salt
- Sear both sides over moderate heat until golden
- Add broth to pot, cover and cook chicken until completely cooked
- Add chiles, diced green onion and pepper and simmer until vegetables soften
- Add minced additional 30 minutes and then turn heat off, set
- After chicken is cooked, then shred with fork and then put in back into broth
- Add veggies with broth and chicken to pot and simmer for 10 minutes
- Mix cream cheese with heavy cream
- Stirring add mix into pot with veggies and chicken
- Simmer 15 minutes that are additional
- Serve with toppings like: sour cream, pepper jack cheese cilantro
notes
So that the liquid will probably be thinner but the Number of meat and veggies make it a dish, I did not add this chili for example xanthan gum and agents
I did not quantify the amount it functions, I separated it in bowls into 4 portions that are equal
