  2. 1 cup almond milk
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp pepper
  5. 1 large egg

Directions

  1. For the coat - whisk cream and egg in a large bowl. Season with pepper and salt. Add chicken and let sit for approximately ten minutes.
  2. Add flour or pan, season with salt & pepper.
  3. Coat both sides of chicken.
  4. Fry until internal temperature reaches 160ยบ and golden brown.
