KETO BREAD – PORK RIND NEARLY NO CARB BREAD
I had been on a search to locate another low-carb bread recipe which didn't taste like eggs but could be low in carbohydrates. And, I was trying to find something.
There is a slew of recipes on the market such as bread bread and cloud bread that are close to being the no bread that is perfect. However, one is another needs whey protein and somewhat eggy.
I decided to give it a go, after viewing a remark about pork bread onto a Facebook article. I developed my keto bread recipe utilizing pork rinds I could not find a recipe.
Virtually No Carb Keto Bread
There is A zero carbohydrate bread practically impossible to produce. However this low-carb pork rind bread comes near being zero carbohydrate.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated (about 27 g )
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds approximately 46 g
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Optional:
Spices and herbs to flavor
Directions
- Mozzarella cheese and Put cream cheese in large microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave cheese on top power for a minute, stir and stir fry, then microwave for another minute. The cheese needs to be melted.
- Add parmesan, egg, pork rinds, and baking powder. Stir until all components are incorporated.
- Bake in 375°F to get 15-20 or till brown on the top.
- Slice into bits.
