Ingredients

  1. 3 T butter
  2. 2 ounce cheese (any type; I utilized Colby Jack)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Combine ground beef along with your preferred amount of salt and pepper. Add onion powder powder.
  2. Press a little bit of beef (about 1 tablespoon ) to the base of a non stick, 12-slot muffin pan so the underside is totally covered.
  3. Add a pat of butter.
  4. Add beef.
  5. Insert a slice of cheese.
  6. Add a layer of beef. (It is okay if you do not have enough meat made to completely cover the surface of the cheese)
  7. When using a silicone muffin pan, then put it along with a cookie sheet prior to adding it into the oven! Switch off the toaster when the baking is finished and crack the door for a couple of minutes to release the heat. This is to permit the oil to cool down.
  8. Please be quite careful before eliminating your muffin pan in the oven as the fat in butter and the beef will be hot.
  9. With a fork, then remove each Butter Burger and put onto a plate. (Note: Your hamburgers should be cooked ; if they are not, return them into the oven for a couple of minutes.)
  10. There'll be a beef fat/butter combo. Save and use it to drizzle in your own cheese Burgers, cook vegetables, etc..
