Avocado Chips


With a hard time lean and fine? Spray the bottom of a measuring cup with non stick. It is completely mess-free, and super simple!



INGREDIENTS

  1. 3/4 grated Parmesan
  2. 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  3. 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  4. 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  5. Kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven and line a baking sheet. Stir in Italian seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Season with pepper and salt.
  2. Place heaping teaspoon-size scoops of mix on baking sheet, leaving about 3" aside from every scoop. Bake until golden and crisp then let cool. Drink room temperature.
