Avocado Chips
With a hard time lean and fine? Spray the bottom of a measuring cup with non stick. It is completely mess-free, and super simple!
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven and line a baking sheet. Stir in Italian seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Season with pepper and salt.
- Place heaping teaspoon-size scoops of mix on baking sheet, leaving about 3" aside from every scoop. Bake until golden and crisp then let cool. Drink room temperature.
