CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER KETO NO BAKE COOKIES
With this low-carb haystack no bake cookie recipe, I used unsweetened coconut to provide that crispy texture to it. If you can not find dessicated coconut, then coconut flakes can be bought by you and slip them to get the size.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup creamy thick All-natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup creamy thick All-natural almond butter
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (I use this particular brand)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I use this particular fresh )
- 2 tbsp confectioners erythritol
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, almond butter and the peanut butter.
- Add the butter, vanilla extract. and erythritol.
- Mix until it's evenly distributed throughout the mix.
- Freeze for 10 minutes.
NOTES
Cookies are roughly 2.5 net carbs with all the components I used.
