THE AMAZING 10MIN KETO CINNAMON SUGAR DONUTS


I'm so impressed by SIMPLE these would be to create however they turn each time out! This recipe is great for 1-2 people. The donuts aren't just tasty but they're full and filling of fibre and protein to keep you full for hours


Ingredients 

2 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon almond milk
2 tablespoon vital wheat gluten (don't sub! This is actually the protein extracted out of bread which gives it the elasticity of it. It's virtually no carbohydrates and functions good in low fat baking to give things a more conventional feel!)
Pinch of baking soda
1 teaspoon truvia*
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
2 tablespoons + 1 tsp(65g) total fat sour cream

Direcions

1 & 1 1/2 tablespoon truvia*
Blend all ingredients in a bowl.
Add the cream and stir until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into two balls, then flatten each and place on a parchment sheet.
Utilize a bottle cap or a bag tip to punch a hole at the middle of each ball out. (you may bake the excess piece for a donut hole too!)
Use your fingers to create the size doubles.
Brush the dough with a little coconut or coconut oil(optional) and put in the oven.
Bake for 7-10min(I like mine marginally under-cooked so that I go to the 7min however it is possible to bake it more to cook it completely through!) Reverse every half way through baking. *
Combine truvia and the cinnamon until well coated and dip every top. Serve warm with a side of java! Love
