ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (I use this type )
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup erythritol (I utilized this)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 4 large eggs
Directions
- Blend almond milk and baking powder in a bowl, then set
- Cut butter and put in bowl, add cream cheese
- Take care to not burn curry. Stir until well blended.
- Insert vanilla infusion erythritol, and sour cream. Stir well.
- Pour to bowl of baking powder and milk. Stir well.
- Add eggs . Stir well.
- Pour batter into bundt pan or till a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cake cool for at least two hours. It might crumble a little if you eliminate it soon.
- A toothpick should come out once the cake is finished clean, with only a couple of crumbs.
- If it appears put it back till cooked into the oven 5 minute intervals. It must bounce back when touched but might have a jiggle. This is normal with flour desserts.
