Anyhow, we had been browsing Facebook and type of believing to a Peanut Butter Cups I created last decision, along with those yummy candy bars...when inspiration struck.

Ingredients 

  1. Cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/4 cup roasted erythritol
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. 2 tsp oil

Directions

  1. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla extract until blended, set
  2. Melt chocolate and blend with oil
  3. Put a few spoonfuls of fluff that is cheesecake and freeze for 15 minutes
  4. Cups with chocolate to insure fluff
  5. Freeze for 20 minutes refrigerate for 1 hour
