Easy Keto Lasagna Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms will be a family favorite! Each of the flavors of your favourite comfort food at enjoyable and a carb !

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4 links of Italian sausage (roughly 12 ounce other ground beef )
  2. Chopped parsley to garnish if desired
  3. Brush the mushrooms with a paper towel to wash off any dirt or compost. Remove stems if existing and use a spoon to scrape the ribs .
  4. Remove from the casing and then press into four patties. Press a single patty into each mushroom cap, moving all of the way the sides up and to the borders.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup ricotta into each mushroom cap and then press to the borders, leaving a dent.
  6. Spoon 1/4 cup marinara of the ricotta coating into every mushroom on top.
  7. Cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated 375 degree (F) oven for 40 minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
