ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups almond milk
- 1 cup roasted erythritol
- 3 medium lemons
- 3 large eggs
Directions
- Mix butter, 1 cup almond 1/4 cup erythritol milk, and a pinch of salt.
- Into a bowl, then zest among those lemons juice add pinch of salt & the eggs 3/4 cup almond milk. Blend to create filling.
- Pour on the crust & bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve with a scatter of erythritol and lemon slices.
- Don't hesitate to combine 1/2 tsp if adding vanilla extract to crust is something that you're utilised to.
- I suggest allowing the pubs cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Cutting on the pubs is a way to have a cut.
