ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cups almond milk
  2. 1 cup roasted erythritol
  3. 3 medium lemons
  4. 3 large eggs

Directions

  1. Mix butter, 1 cup almond 1/4 cup erythritol milk, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Into a bowl, then zest among those lemons juice add pinch of salt & the eggs 3/4 cup almond milk. Blend to create filling.
  3. Pour on the crust & bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with a scatter of erythritol and lemon slices.
  5. Don't hesitate to combine 1/2 tsp if adding vanilla extract to crust is something that you're utilised to.
  6. I suggest allowing the pubs cool for at least 30 minutes.
