Ingredients

  1. Grilled Taco Chicken
  2. 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. To Build
  4. 1 avocado diced
  5. 1 tomato diced
  6. Cilantro Sauce
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. 1 jalapeno optional
  9. Juice of 1/2 lime
  10. Pinch of salt


Directions

To Cook Chicken

Add the chicken, garlic, olive oil, and spices in a bowl or bag. Place in refrigerator and let simmer for up to 24 hours or at least 15-30 minutes.

Remove from marinade and discard marinade. Put chicken on a grill or pan warmed to medium-high warmth. Let chicken cook till it's no longer pink on the inside, about 9-10 minutes each side (or until it's reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F).

To Produce Cilantro Sauce

Put all of the ingredients in the food processor and mix for 1 minute or till creamy.

To Build

Layer lettuce wraps with avocado, tomatoes, onion, and chicken. Drizzle with your favorite taco sauce along with skillet.
