EASY MICROWAVE LOW CARB BREAD


Then you are aware of if you are on a low-carb diet. For me personally, it was much bread -- toast with breakfast, a sandwich for lunch, and a staple at every meal. Why not!? It is soooo.



Whilst maintaining your carb count reduced you are still able to eat bread! You may thank almond and coconut milk. Since they compliment each other well, I got my cabinet stocked filled with both these flours.

Ingredients 

  1. 1 large egg
  2. 1 tablespoon almond milk
  3. 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  4. 1 tablespoon milk
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  6. Pinch of salt

Directions 

  1. Garlic powder, spices or herbs of your choice
  2. Add from cheese and the vegetables, if using, and stir to blend.
  3. Pour into a microwave safe bowl mug and microwave for 90 minutes.
  4. Set bowl or the mug upside down onto plate or a cutting board and then allow outside the bread slide. Cut it crosswise creating two around english muffin.
  5. Set the bread rounds onto a heat skillet using a bit of butter or oil for 30-60 minutes on each side.
  6. The combo of this almond and wheat milk offer just the ideal quantity of dampness and construction to this biscuit. If you're using only coconut flour, I'd just use 1.5 tbsps. You will want 3-4 tbsps if you're currently using almond milk.
  7. This purpose bread could be eaten as sandwich or toast bread! It is absolutely yummy with a fried egg, a couple pieces of avocado, cheese and bacon piled in between.
