ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp Butter
  2. 1/2 tsp Garlic, finely minced
  3. 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (optional, for instance )

Directions

  1. Saute garlic and onion till onions are translucent and softened.
  2. Add broccoli and broth to pot.Cook broccoli until tender. Add salt, seasoning and pepper.
  3. Put cream cheese in bowl and heat for ~ 30 seconds in microwave until tender and readily stirred.
  4. Cream cheese and stir heavy cream into soupbring to a boil.
  5. Switch off heat and stir in cheddar cheese.
