LOADED KETO CAULIFLOWER BOWL
I was not the largest Butter fan in the start, and also my husband certainly still is not... it can be tough to get used to since although plenty of recipes have been tagged"cauliflower mac and cheese" or"cauliflower wings" the healthy vegetable is not quite exactly the same as the carby alternate.
In reality, I needed to take down a recipe that I did for buffalo sausage wings since it simply didn't feel right...they were not bad..but they were not like wings in any respect!
This rich cauliflower bowl is tasty and a rich, filling meal which will remind one!

ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 ounce cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Directions
- Chop cauliflower into bite size bits. Steam or cook till fork tender and side through procedure that is preferred.
- Place to medium and add butter, onion, and jalapeno slices. Saute until onions aromatic and translucent.
- Reduce heat slightly and add cooked brisket [or alternative of residual beef/chicken] and lotion cheese. If mixture starts to cook or stand too fast, reduce heat a little. Keep on stirred and readily is heated through.
- Switch heat off. Insert cauliflower, cream that is thick and cheddar. Stir mix are blended and melted.
- Sprinkle with bacon. Drink hot.
notes
- Don't hesitate to substitute alternative or chicken beef as your own meat.
- Since I steamed it, I didn't remove moisture. The bit of moisture out of this is essential to your dish. If you boil your cauliflower, you might find it beneficial using a towel or cheesecloth to eliminate a part of the water but don't dry it out.
