Low Carb Peanut Butter Bark (Keto, Vegan)


There are! The peanut butter taste. Along with a crunch I can't get enough .I really like how easy these are to create. Melt a few components together. It, give it a small twist, pops in the freezer and then voila! No experience in the kitchen wanted. It's a fantastic recipe for kids!



Munchy, peanut butter goodness that is irresistible.

INGREDIENTS

  1. PB Bark
  2. It is only peanuts and salt)
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  4. Pinch of pure stevia powder (or 2 drops sweet foliage vanilla stevia drops1 or 1 Tbs powdered coconut oil or sweetener of choice)
  5. Pinch of sour salt that is pink
  6. Chocolate Drizzle
  7. 1 ounce 85-90% black chocolate Lily's or your own favorite manufacturer
  8. 1 teaspoon coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS

To Create the bark:

  1. Line two plates using parchment paper (Do not skip this component or it'll stick like mad!)
  2. Melt together peanut butter and coconut oil in a medium bowl (I'd 30-40 minutes from your microwave).
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry. Taste and correct for sweetness.
  4. Pour half of this mixture.
  5. To Create the drizzle:
  6. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a little bowl (20 minutes from the microwave generally works).
  7. Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate.
  8. Freeze for half an hour or until fully hardened. Enjoy!
