(NO-BAKE) KETO LEMON COCONUT BALLS
INGREDIENTS
Stinks:
1 teaspoon truvia (or 1 tablespoon of another sweetener)
Instructions:
- 1 teaspoon 14% sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Zest from 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 cup+2 tablespoon (77g) Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Truvia
- 1/16 tsp salt
Stinks:
1 teaspoon truvia (or 1 tablespoon of another sweetener)
Instructions:
- Blend all foundation components.
- Freeze the dough to get 5-7min.
- Mix simmer and your coconut on a bowl or plate.
- Remove from the freezer and then roll it. DSC_0764

- Put back onto a plate and then freeze for hour.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator or freezer (depending on the texture you want ) within an air-tight container! )
